Recumbent first test ride.avi

Finally test riding my recumbent. Motor rewound for 60v (previously it was 48v). Batteries are four till now, soon will be adding another battery. Right now it is achieving 35 - 40 km/hr. With another battery added it will definitely reach 50 - 55 without paddling.

Some video footage of a daily commute would be very interesting indeed.

I'm sure the typical obstacles you encounter on a ride are very challenging.

I recommend getting those brakes in order before tackling traffic.
