when u take off those grey thing just put a flat head in and pop it on both saides then itll be loose then just pull it off

@LOMBAX0RATCHET try heating it up again.....if it doesnt work again.....turn the xbox on with the red lights flashing and jam both the fans with a paperclip for about 5 to 10 minutes....then tahhdaah..it magic works...that wut i did yesterday in the exact order...if you have any questions message me back

lol..i did this two days ago.....first time it didnt work...so i took it apart again and heated the hell out of it....now its good as new :P.......also i have a quick question..how long will it fix it for?
