Barbara Henry and Her Attorney, Johnny McCray, About Police Shooting Through Her Car Window.MOD

Plantation, Florida police chased a purse snatching suspect into the neighboring city of Sunrise on Mon., Feb 8 at 10:30 p.m. 59-year-old Barbara Henry, of Sunrise, was on her way to work when she came upon a police operations, where several officers and patrol cars had their light flashing along the street. Henry says she proceeded slowly pass the police operation, when she heard gun shot. Police had fired through the side of her driver side window, shattering the glass. She was not hit, but was injured by flying glass. Police say she hit one of the officers with her car, and that's why the shot was fired.
