  • Humans tend to act in many different degrees of ways when dealing with danger, not just fight or flight.

    1. Fight (punch it)

2..avoid (see the danger but find a way to get around it.

    3. neglect (stick your head in the sand and say it isn't dangerous, go numb emotionally.

    4. Flight run away.

    5. succumb let it hurt you without fighting back (not defending your self or doing what you know you need to do, overwhelmed

  • Flight first?

  • @dski1 What you are explaining is courage. The fact that your heart beats faster and so forth is because you are anticipating the result of your actions.

  • @johnlyris we need to know this stuff. i always wanted to know everytime im about to fight i always shake, my heartbeats faster. my mouth gets dry feel me. but i never run away.

  • Fight and Flight, and Freeze as well, and the blocked energy that is trapped in the body, is a major cause of pscyological disturbance in human beings. Iv attached my video on this, if anyone is interested. John T

  • I only know it as fear or courage anything else is complicated talk about the obvious.

It's like you either can or you can't you will or you won't you did or you didn't.

No one cares about the excuses or what is between the lines.

Fight is Courage Flight is Fear.

  • very good
