The gun is a slave meant to do the humans work for him. Take away the humans slave and now he has only his less experienced tools to do his work for him.

@Jack194343 what am i thinking? The gun doesnt have a brain of its on. I will personally deliver 10 bucks to you if i ever hear of a gun killing someone by iself. Its the fuckin kid who plays too many video games and isnt taught the love of Christ. DONT GET ME WRONG, My heart weeps over the children killed, but i can assure you, us humans on this planet, we arethe ones suffering. It happens, there's a reason why the Daily Mail is sometimes called the "Daily Fail" as I hear from blokes from that side of the pond, and they get quoted all the time.

Anyway, I will simply reiterate that the things that work in Europe will never work in the United States, just as much as there are things that work in the US which will never happen anywhere in another country.

And yet, even that paper does not imply correlation and causation, as you are wont to do.

It doesn't state that guns cause violence, just that guns are used in the violence that happens.

The methodology is suspect as well, as they only used people who had been shot in an assault, but say nothing of those who had been successful in defending themselves without injury.
