The appropriate thing for me to say is that you should seek the advice of a lawyer :).

Unofficially, it's your call. If you own the track in some form or another (tape decks, vinyl, cds, etc), then I would imagine you are fine. If not... just use the iTunes store. You can DL music from iTunes for less than $1 per track.

Is SkreemR anything like MP3-Find.com? MP3-Find.com sent their slimey internet troll out to steal one of our songs off YouTube and they are charging people to download it from thier website. We do ALL the work, they steal it and sell it. Nice!
