I think its a good START. I don't see this preventing another VT incident unless a gun is in every class. If students still can't carry in class but teachers CAN that means odds are pretty good that there won't be guns in many, if not most, of the classrooms.

I wish PENN STATE would do that. Add a Sporting Rifle range in the sports field with instructors to practice too. The hysteria would stop and education would move forward.
