He can Ultra, but o reaction you can just block as you land with Akuma. The U2 wont come out and the Palm will let you land safely

You can block or port away from Rog's ultra if you are palm striking his wake up. So it should be possible to ultra him.
While those are very good OS' I can't give up demon in the Rog fight. It's so good.

I just cried a little on the inside. The only offensive option left is Ultra. What about a Super instead?

@Jerails I dont think that will work, because activating the freeze frames allows akuma not to commit to the ultra. Once someone sees that the screen is frozen they can just sit back and block the super/ultra.
