Wow, sweetie? Good job trying to be condescending. First of all, the cochella fest is not anyone's daughters school, it is a music festival. Secondly, I never negated the legality of the matter, I simply think that in a situation such as this,"PEACE OFFICERS" shouldn't be allowed to violently attack someone for a non-violent crime, like we see here. The people in the crowd were obviously against the cops actions, and the people decide what is legal. He is not "retarded"; he was intoxicated.
