BMW E39 530i acceleration 80mph(130km/h) to 160 mph(260km/h)

A ride through the night on the highway (A71) from Erfurt to Sömmerda (germany). There was
nearly no traffic and of course no speedlimit!
My E39 has 18" wheels (front 8,5*18/235, rear 9,5*18/255)

Der E39 530i hat im Fahrzeugschein eine eingetragene vmax von 250kmh.

And to the poster who thought that would blow the motor, I wouldn't try that in your American car. We don't have roads like that so our cars are not designed for it. In Germany the manufacturer EXPECTS that the car will be driven like that and designs them to handle it.
