Say yes to the death penalty.
-
@billyrubinbrown The EU has death penalty during war
-
@billyrubinbrown death penalty is permitted in Belarus. Council of Europe is trying to urge it to end this practice.

Say no to the Death Penalty? The EU already does not have the death penalty. What is there to say "no" to? I'm not understanding.....
-
i think death penalty isn't enough to punish murder and rape against people. They should suffer long time before get killed because it is too easy to take someone's life and think on"pfff i'll get in jail and i will make a new life there" or "he is dead no matter what will hapen to me" But those people do not think about the famillys who lose those killed people or about girls who lost virginity because some M.... F.... raped them. Sentence = suffer + death.

@warpedcomedy its murder the government cares for themselves not humanity so get in line with tose government bastards all who support capital punishment are not part of humanity there the REAL enemy and so are you
-
i define riot chaos and anarchy i follow the will of humanity bastards support capital punishment destroy all who support the enemy the government the death penalty cause its all shit i will never die for my government those racist bastards will die
-
If they could make the inmates spending life in prison for murder to actually be of use, then I would be against the death penalty. Currently, they aren't any use to humanity and just suck up our money for being kept alive.

@herthalux Its not murder, its justice, cleansing.
you idiot. It is restored. The EU Death Penalty will be applicable for the crimes of RIOTING, CIVIL UPHEAVAL and DURING WAR. (When are we not at war and who will define riot and upheaval?)

When is a death penalty not a death penalty ?
Article 2 of the European Charter of Fundamental Human Rights states: 1. Everyone has the right to life. 2. No one shall be condemned to the death penalty, or executed.
The paragraphs of concern are in the footnotes : Article 2 (b) of Protocol No 6 to the ECHR:
A State may make provision in its law for the death penalty in respect of acts committed in time of war or of imminent threat of war.
That's not a death penalty ?
