STEPS!!!!
1 Download to desktop
2 Extract file to desktop using a program such as WinRar
3 Select and drag "settings", "tgspub.flt", and "Tgs_Pub_iniedit" to the combat arms folder [MY COMPUTER-YOUR HARD DRIVE-NEXON-COMBAT ARMS]
4 Edit the color settings by double clicking the "tgs_pub_iniedit"
5 start up Combat Arms and Enjoy!

Ok guys it there wasnt a patch today :D weird soo that means your hacks will last for a little while longer btw when these get patched dont worry ill get another vid on showing how to do it.

By the way Yourtheworst the "tgs_pub_inedit" lets you edit the colors just go to your combat arms folder, find it and double click it to edit the colors,,,,, i reccomend the defult colors tho they are the best thats why there set to be defult
