2ltr Hotrods at Barford Oval Circuit Raceway in 2002. Drivers filmed are No.19 Graeme Olley (Ford Escort MKIII 1600 with twin webbers fitted) and No.42 Gary King (Ford Fiesta MKII XR2i).
Not the best day to be racing with no windows, but still very enjoyable.

  • LOL, yeah your right, they were both very quick, but other drivers didn't know what I knew. They both had two engines fitted, that's why they won most of the races. Anyway, that's my story and I'm sticking to it....lol

That was one wet day, and I was also running my new MKII Fiesta XR2 which was very poor at road holding compared to my MKI Fiesta XR2 which had been smashed up a couple of weeks before. Check out the other vid.

  • hahaa i know sometimes it may have seemed like they were running 2 engines mate but trust me they weren't.

Dave was running a nice highly tuned x-flow lump bud dunno what wayne was running. they were both pretty nippy like lol.

i checked the other vid out, pretty good but like i said before not as quick as me dad and wayne ;) lol.

i'll have to drag myself down at some point this year and bring the old man see what the place is like nowadays

  • Not bad Mr King,

Not as quick as Mr Hunter & Mr ward though ;)
