We were visiting some good friends of ours in Indiana recently for their son's graduation party. We got really lucky and the rain held off until right after the party ended.

It was really hot and humid that day, mid 90s with 100% humidity. Storms started popping up about mid afternoon and didn't stop until late that night. Some of the storms got kinda nasty and we could hear the sirens in town going off each time a new severe thunderstorm warning was issued.

  • The dual toned siren is some sort of Darley. It's located at the fire station.

  • @squiddy7863 See, that's what I would have guessed. It's not very big at all.

  • I like the sound of that STH-10 in the background. What was the other siren being heard in the background that has that slow wind up?

  • @Siren1000T1 It's some sort of really old horizontal dual-head siren. I would assume a Darley Champion but I'm not completely sure. The other 3 sirens are all STH10s.
