Suikogaiden 2 takes place after Suikoden 2.

this is a visual novel :\ pretty much a book with sound and pictures.. so yes there are no gameplay but well you get to choose how to reply or act on and depends on your choice story alters a bit or could unlock certain things.

It's a visual novel pretty much, that's why it hasn't come to America, because many of us would not enjoy it since you don't do anything except read.
