Ratatat - Seventeen Years (piano version)

Here is the third video that I did last week. This is one of my favorite songs of all time. Ratatat has an electronic rock style, never too hard, never too soft, just about melodically right. The four of their albums are always in my iPod :D

This was a lot of fun for me to play, specially cos their electronic and synthetized sounds translate unexpectedly well into the pianistic spectrum.

Was the lack of use of damper pedal around 1:30 intentional? I feel like in a few places it was a little choppy, even more so than the original song is.

Not that you're not quite talented, it was a very good cover. Just thoughts for improvement, take it for what you will.

you're absolutely right. the way my setup is right now, the pedal moves around and it's REALLY annoying. so sometimes i'm forced to lift my foot, kick the pedal back to where it should be, and go on playing :)
