Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups, or 3,5 deciliters of flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ cups or 125 grams of butter
(Alternativly, 1/4 cup shortening and 1/4 cup unsalted butter)
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Jam or Jelly of your choice!
Topping:
1/2 cup or 1,5 deciliters powdered sugar
Milk
Sprinkles
Food coloring
Decorative frosting
Preheat oven to 450F or 225 C.
Mix flour and salt. Soften butter and add it to the flour and salt mixture, and then mix it around with your fingers, until its all mixed. You know that youre done when it's sort of grainy dough.

Add water, one tablespoon at a time. Mix until you get a firm dough, that you can form into a ball.
Take out a breadpin and roll the dough out until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
Now, cut out the ghostshapes.
Take one half of the ghost, and add some jam to it. You don't need too much, a spoon is more than enough! When the jam is in place, place the other half of the ghost above it, and crimp the edges.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for about eight minutes.
After this, its time to make the glaze. Poor the powdered sugar into a bowl, and add milk. Be very careful though, don't add too much milk. A little goes along way. You know its right when you get its start to feel syrupy. If its too runny, add more powdered sugar. Then add the blue food colouring, and mix!
Spoon the glaze onto the poptart. Then add the sprinkles. Let the glaze harden for about 30 minutes. Lastly, use the decorative frosting to make out the features.
Put them in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
Now you're done!

Be careful when you put them in the poster, never leave a toaster unwatched! Also, be careful when eating these, let them cool of a bit first. They can be very, very warm.
