The government regulations in the fishing industry are a travesty. Asking government for a solution is useless, because they make careers only out of doing what's favorable to big corporations. Very few politicians will admit the real solution is getting the f*ck out of the way of all these industries they are killing. It's corporate/government mergers that are the problem.
