Hi, I want to point out something. 2:52 to Cobra. This move is practiced by many but at the same time, there are people who do it differently. As far as I know from experiments, this method is probably wrong. The reason is because it has side-effect. The energy would be highly agitated; the spine & neck would be rigid while attempting to go into Cobra. It's probably not the original way Yogis had intended it to be done. Do not teach this to others. U may want to try other methods.
