I agree with your observations, but I have to point out that you've used a picture of James Crowley, and he isn't the policeman who was suspended. That was Justin Barrett who is a Boston policeman but is not the one pictured in your video.

I love your channel, and I think it would make sense to re-master the video with the right policeman pictured.

But should you force an employer to hire someone that is not qualified for the job over someone else because of his/her race? That is not right. The only reason that blacks haven't caught up is because of the government's over regulation of businesses by way of licensing and requirements that make running a business more expensive. Take Obama's health care plain. It will force business to provide health care at there own expense. Is that good for small business? I think not.

Affirmative Action is indeed openly sanctioned "Racism", and in no way can a person or political group justify it under the guise of philanthropy.

When one person is denied a job because of the "color" of his skin, and that job is thus given to another person merely because of the color of "their" skin ( job qualifications be damned ) that is racism.

The concept that being of a so called different "race" should infer special privileges is counter productive to equality.
