This video goes through the steps for getting Self Realization. If you desire to have your Self Realization, you can achieve it by following the simple steps in this video. Self Realization is your enlightenment. It is the first step towards your full enlightenment.
If you have gone through these steps, you should be able to have a peaceful mind and feel a cool breeze of spiritual energy coming from your hands and/or the top of your head. This Spiritual energy is the same energy that created the universe, creates all the nature, and is the material that is within everything. Please write to me about your experiences. You might feel a hot breeze or tingling instead of a cool breeze. This indicates that you need to meditate further and clear out any negativity within you. As the pure energy rises within, if there are any problems for it to rise, then it causes friction, which in turn causes heat or tingling. To meditate further, you can sit somewhere, and be comfortable. You can listen to nice calming music or sit in silence. The aim of meditation is to first reach a state where your mind becomes still. Then you can see the truth. To make your mind still, you have to simply let go and be in the present moment. You can also watch your mind from a distance. See what it is up to. Your mind becomes quiet when you put your full attention on it. Because the mind takes advantage of you when your attention is weak. There are many methods that you can use to get into meditation. Check out my other videos and the website below for more info.
Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi is the person leading you through the steps. She is the founder of Sahaja Yoga Meditation. For more information on meditation see this nice website: www.freemeditation.com
