Today Peepob is on location at Grand View Estates, Costa Rica giving a short video tour of the guesthouse and including some surrounding views.

The guesthouse is situated on a hill with great views of the Caribbean Ocean, lush greenery, and rolling hills and mountains. You can even see Nicaragua from the higher elevations.

After a great night sleep I enjoyed the early morning sounds of the macaws and howler monkeys.

Grand View Estates is a gated community with a resort style feeling. This residential real estate development consists of 640 acres in the hill country of Costa Rica.

It is located off the main highway between San Jose and Puerto Limon on the Caribbean side. With a view to the future the owners have invested substantially into the infrastructure here.

It has its own commercial center, a community center, equestrian center, guess house and adventure parks.

The home lots are huge compared to other Costa Rica home lots for sale. Home lots range from 1 to 5 acres with prices starting at $50,000.

All the home lots are constructed ready with roads, gutters, street lights, water + electricity.

The Pacific side of Costa Rica boomed beginning in the 80's but now it is the Caribbean area attracting the big money from the government, private investors and the Chinese.

Grand View Estates appears situated in the path of progress, as well as being close to fun and adventurous activities such as river rafting, zip-lining, sport fishing, beaches, surfing, scuba diving, nature preserves, shopping and night clubs.

While visiting Grand View Estates I enjoyed seeing many homes under construction and marveled at the unique designs and quality going into each residence.

They must be doing something right to have sold out almost the entire project in less than 3 years.
