@solowizard In the true system of hierarchy, the tail Wags the dog. The pentagon makes the decisions militarily. don't make real decisions and when they do, just ask john f Kennedy what happens. The president is a ceremonial icon that is only used as the go-ahead, that sells the public the shit sandwich.
