  • Sorry but the weight is not too light^^ Respect for using so much weight but the range of motion is WAY to short and the Rep Speed is too high. It is much more intense to use controlled slow motion of about 2 secs up 2 secs down. Counting "one-onethousand two-one thousand" is totally enough. Also using full range of motion puts massive stress on the muscles. Sure, this way is also effective (visible on your body) but for beginners it brings a high risk of injury,

  • are you actually paralyzed? im paralyzed from the armpits down so ive been tryin to find something to work out on. i found one home gym that is made for paraplegics. in the other vid it looked like you moved your legs forward. and this vid didnt show how you got onto the bench.
