Cardio, cardio, CARDIO. This is cardio on horse steroids. I'm confident a few weeks in that I won't be so wasted like I am now. I'm gonna drink my Recovery Drink and zone out to some Mass Effect 2. That's right. Extreme activity followed by extreme inactivity!

  • casperilla, Ab Ripper DOES get easier. I just did it yesterday for the 4th time and I'm much, much better at it. Stick with it!

  • i just started p90x on Jan 23. I agree that Ab Ripper X is impossible. Today I just did Plyometrics for the 2nd time. It's a rough one. But it's a great workout. Keep going and don't give up.

  • Yes, sir! This one is a wake up call at first! And then after your first round (90 days) you might want more intensity. Either way, you'll be happy to stretch with Yoga soon afterwards. Muscle Confusion:}
