Um Jammer Lammy Stage 6 (Europe/Japan versions v.s USA version).

A video showing the intros of the polemic stage 6 of Um Jammer Lammy which the main character dies and end up in the hell, but it got censored real bad in the american localization, so here is more info: The 1st part is the europe/japanese which Lammy goes to hell and complain about dying, then a fake credits will roll roll till a dude called Jack Smasher grab Lammy and bring to Teriyaki Yoko´s stage who get angry with Lammy´s delay. In the 2nd part Lammy snags her belt on a doorknob while running from Paul Chuck's guitar store and is slingshotted back in time onto an island. Then Jack Smasher come and sent Lammy into Teriyaki Yoko´s stage (note that camouflage outfit is exclusive from the European/Japanese localization of the game).
Note: I just noticed that I´ve putted "Stage 5 intro (Censored version)" which in truth is a miss typing, I mean "Stage 6 intro".

Wow! Your intros for "Vital Idol" bridged the gaps between Lammy getting the Distortion Effecter and her being led to Teriyaki Yoko for the guitar battle. I have an Um Jammer Lammy Script FAQ I made for GameFAQs that also has Intros A and B each of Stages 6 and 7. I think you mean Jack Smash (as shown in the fake end credits). Oh, and I got dressed up as Camo Lammy from the U.S. version of the game for Halloween 2009! Cool, huh? :)
