1) This COULD be quarterly without running the risk of inadvertently becoming a de facto propaganda outlet for the White House, the Presidency or this President.
2) Instead of soliciting masses of questions & (then) selecting one question to represent that subject matter area, a list of questions and up to two followup questions each, could be compiled, then REFINED over time from viewer input.
