um this is a mugen not a marvel made product
with the 'writers' comics have these days...anything is possible. flash is faster than superman and can run through time. but that does not equate to him beating storm. must speedsters have a problem and seem to run into things and trip or get knocked down by a stiff arm.
in a real match...storm outclasses most of the justice league and the only one i can beating her would be superman...if that lol
