During Pullins V. George P. Stewart Publishing Company d/b/a The Indianapolis Recorder William Mays, Carolene Mays, Shannon Williams, Brandon A. Perry and Does 1 to 100 Cause Number 49D07-0610-CT-040439 a libel and conspiracy complaint the Indianapolis Star never told the public about, that was handled and hurriedly dismissed (without setting out a discovery schedule as required by the trial rules 34-7-7-9 ) by Judge Gerald Zore in late 2007. Judge Zore never should have heard the case as he knew then that he and Carolen Mays and myself were most likely to be on the ballot in May of 2008. Also, the court could have dismissed the complaint as early as January of 2007. But at any rate, the court orders that came to Pullins home had no return address on them and the postage meter had been tampered with to block out the date on a Neopost postage machine that bears the same meter number on other mail from Barnes and Thornburg. This leads Pullins to believe that it was not Zore (although he gave his blessing) but actually Carroll that handled the rulings. Zore ordered Pullins to pay Mays $13,500 in legal fees but you weren't told this. Why not?
