Please not he is still sliding over the road when he sits down, and then he get overbalanced, and roll around again. So I don`t think he did it on purpose. It´s hard to make such a quick reaction after you crashed. Like thinking, ok if I crash, I won`t do it alone. ;) But who knows. Some cyclist are fucked up in there head(Barredo)

It seemed to me Sagan swung his bike around, possibly to protect himself from the hardcharging peloton, and then caused the other two riders to hit his bike and go down.
