  • Mr. Beaufort, I was wondering which of your classes would be more effective for me to attend. My final goal is to be able to build, program, and install entire control pannels for complete projects. My firm is also involved in repairs and trouble shooting. I have built a dozen panels so far, and my only programming thus far has involved the rslogix simulator. Considering my limited experience level, and goals, what would you reccomend? I have not attended any other classes.

  • @Bigbearjerry12 these YouTube comments don't allow much room to write ... I suggest that you track me down and send me an email ... you can find me easily enough through Google ... somewhere along the line we'll need to talk by phone ... and please make sure that you read ALL of the Boot Camp Experience page on my website ... this isn't "PLC Training As Usual" and you need to know that up front ... best regards ... Ron

  • Greetings rpaul247. Most of the classes that I teach are 5 days long. You can find out all about them by visiting my website. Be sure to read ALL of the "Boot Camp Experience" page. This is much more intense than "PLC training as usual" - and you need to understand that before you sign up. Ron

  • I thought these videos numbers 1 - 11 are absolutely spot on as we say in UK.

    Simply very very good.

  • @11amike ... we're glad you found the videos helpful ... there is also some more free material (the Email Quizzes) available from the Sample Lessons page of our website ... no registration or user information is required ... thank you for your comment ... Ron

  • This is the info i need to know, found easy to absorb and easy to folow. would love to go more in depth by attending a course. Are the courses in the UK or just over seas? thanks

  • @hawkomontanabanana ... I'm glad you found the videos helpful ... most of our courses are held here in Charleston, SC ... sorry to disappoint you, but currently there are no plans to go to the UK ... best regards, Ron

  • @ceilingwalker1 ... just because he thought the videos were good doesn't mean he should go to the class. He may not have the time or money to do so, and he may not even need the experience in the first place... Just saiyan.

  • @11amike If you think the video's are "spot on", go to his school.

  • @11amike If you think these videos are "spot on", you should go to his class!

  • Mr. Beaufort, how much is your class? and how long?

  • Whoa! What simple yet effective explanation of the topic that has been giving me sleepless nights. Thank u so very much for explaining the basics in such a clear and easy way. This has definitely cleared a lot of misconceptions and i am going back to the the institute where i took plc training to correct them for all the incorrect things and misconceptions that they have. Thank u RonBeaufort , again for such a wonderful explanation.

  • Just got done with plc boot camp. I can't believe how much info one man can cram into another persons head in a week. Thanks Ron! Hope to be back for another class in the future.

  • great lessons Ron, and I very much like the style and tempo.

The will get met started to play around with a plc at home, trying to set-up exterior lighting with different detection states.
