Everything that is said in the rosary is cuoted from the bible. meditating on the life of christ is part of the living word.

The book secrets of the rosary by louis de montfort, will give you it's history and back ground, it was of great inspiration to me when I started doing the rosary. you can get for a few dollars in some catholic store or order it on line.

If Mary is the Mother of God and of Man. Did not Jesus proclaim Mary as our Mother? If this is so then in the 10 Commandments - Honour thy Mother & Father. Then it would be fitting to honor the Virgin Mary.

Thank you for sending me this very special video.I & my spouse recite the daily rosary together when possible, otherwise we recite it daily on our own, it's a daily must. About 4yrs ago an outside cat that befriended me went missing,so prayed to Mary and promised to recite the daily rosary if the cat came back.Don't promise if U can't keep, the cat came back 3wks later and I kept my promise to mother, as she kept her promise to me.This is a true story, God Bless!!
