See also http://watussolis.blogspot.com/ Commissioned by Ms. Edisa Perez & Ms. Elvira Fortaleza, two highly respected & admired teachers of Pozorrubio, CLARIS is a musical play written by Watus Solis based on Pozorrubian legend of a hero named Claris. First Place at the District Level & Second Place at the Provincial Level for a stage play competition among all Pangasinan high schools, CLARIS was performed by Benigno Aldana HS CLASS 1994 (Farrah Fortaleza's Batch), a group of dedicated students who showed courage and fighting spirit despite the odds of inexperience and amateurism onstage. By placing 2nd at the Provincial Level, there were tears shed but we held our heads up high with dignity and pride, a mark of a true Pozorrubian! I am very proud of this batch and I hope to see all of you soon to see CLARIS produced professionally onstage with all the original Pangasinan songs, without time limits as in the competition and be appreciated by the whole wide world! Hitch your wagon to the stars!
