SKI - Day 1 - Slopes 4 and 5 (red) - Ahorn, Mayrhofen, Austria

4th of January 2012 - day 1 of skiing

Final descent of the day from the top of Ahorn (1900m), using slopes 4 and 5 to get to the base cable car station in Mayrhofen (630m). FYI, the coding for difficulty in Austria is blue-red-black, so the two present here are intermediate.

As you may have noticed, the clip is edited: both in length (our casual run took 24 minutes) and in appearance (brightness, exposure, etc) and shakiness reduction. The reason for the shakiness was the fact that the camera was mounted on the elastic strap of the goggles, error corrected when I switched to a fixed adhesive mount the next days.

The camera used to record is a ContourHD Pro, capable of up to 30fps 1080p (as is the case here) or 60fps 720p.
