China una vez más nos brinda ayuda a los uruguayos en esta oportunidad al Ministerio del Interior, el día 1 de Febrero de 2011 arriba a Montevideo el buque de bandera Filipina Inca Maiden trae abordo una donación del
gobierno de la República de China:20 ómnibus, 20 camiones, 2 ambulancias, 1 Van para el transporte de personas y 360 motos, la operación del buque fue realizada en el muelle 3 por la operadora portuaria Montecon y abordo los estibadores de la empresa Albilan y Tamibel a cargo de los operadores Anthony Brysk, Israel Rosas y Pablo Buseta
