Depending on the product, you might choose to wrap the product and put it in the box. First, place a AIRmove® pad on the bottom of the box, then wrap your product with AIRmove® cushion film and place in the box. Depending on the box size you are using, you may have to add additional cushion(s) in order to fill the remaining space. This is best done by overfilling the remainder of the space a little bit so that you insure the product is locked in and cannot move within the box. When closing the lids of the carton, you somewhat have to "squeeze" the cushions down in order to close the flaps of the box. If your packaging requirements only require filling the void, then use as many as necessary cushions to lock your product in the box and again overfill a bit before closing and taping the lids.
