The drawing took like 5 hours in total to do- and I had to shrink it down to 3+ minutes... so it's really really fast. This is a walkthrough- not a tutorial. :)
Also- this isn't really a drawing video but more or less a painting video. :)
The BGM is from Resident Evil 5 called "Assault Fire". It's also used in the mercenaries mode of the game.
