This makes me feel so good.
I ran 26 miles today.

No probs!! :) I am a physiotherapist. Try building up your time by I minute a week, each little block, keeping your walking time to 1 minute( after the first week). You'll soon be running 30 mins without injury and having built up your stamina gradually and safely.

I actually saw this tip and tried it out last week. It worked really well, so thanks. I appreciate it. Im slowly but surely increasing my time.

Well done John! ^_^

Great attempt John but next time try walking for 2 minutes and then running a minute and gradually build up the running time and decrease the walking time, That way you'll do the whole mile and will feel a sense of achievement and will be far less likely to stop or to injure yourself.

Great job, John! I know it feels hard when you're running, but know that we're all cheering you on from the Internets. :)

speaking of andrew... he should join you on this! since johnny and him both live in the same apartment. i've seen on his twitter he's trying to lose weight too. they could probably motivate each other.
loving these videos guys. it's the only reason i've made an account on youtube, lol. keep it up!
