Jacques Nicolet and Bruce Jouanny were at a test on December 8, 2007 at the Paul Ricard High Tech Test Track in southern France. Michelin tires were used.
No driver has ever died in a Courage Group C or Le Mans Prototype.

Saulnier Racing (now OAK Racing) used the new 90 degree DB V-8 from Judd in 2008. It went on the dyno on Friday, January 25th, 2008.

Henri won the 1991 Sunbank 24 at Daytona which was one of the last times the race was in darkness (NASCAR lighting used for night races later and the Rolex 24 at Daytona). He won the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1972, 1973, 1974, and 1984. Henri also won the 1970 1,000 km of Buenos Aires in a Matra-Simca MC630/650, the 1975 1,000 km of Spa in an Alfa Romeo Alfa Romeo 33-3 TT12, and the 1982 1,000 km of Monza in a French Rondeau M379B with a Cosworth V-8 (co-driver Desiré Wilson, wife of Alan Wilson).

IIRC, the Courage LC75 is built in Le Mans, France while the turbocharged AER I-4 is built in Basildon, Essex (England)
