Early morning weekdays are the way to go. The shuttle picked us up at 7 We got dropped off at the very top(where the cattle gate is) at 8a, ran into 1 group of boy scouts(?) with in 15 min and then 1 rider passed us about 2miles from the 128 take out. Other than that we had the it completely to ourselves. we did it in about 3hrs including breaks and picture taking.
