  • Quite loud; just one of these can produce a sound as loud as 140 decibels. Two of them together could make a sound twice as loud, plenty loud enough to cause permanent damage to one's hearing.

  • Zelda... on a Tesla Coil... I like it! Shame the video stops right in the middle, though....

  • According to what other people metered, at closest standing distance it was ~110dB. Notice the echo off of the buildings nearby. My coil, which is about 5/6 the power of ONE of these was about 103dB at 11' away(Just outside of striking range,) not to even factor in the type that I use is not as efficient as these DRSSTCs.

    Trust me, they are loud.

  • that isn't silly string, it's lightning. of course it's loud! They might have chosen a spot that cancels noise though.
