@Raftiinstitute "junk DNA" is DNA that doesn't get used in a human. Because we do not need scales, feathers, tails, gills or so many other things that our evolutionary ancestors had. It gets stored away in our DNA so if we need to re-evolve it for some reason we can and in some cases these things get lost from our DNA all together. We start off life looking like a fish with gills and a tail when developing in the whom and our DNA tells our cells to turn us into us. Animals have junk DNA also.
