i dont understand this exactly... so is it like a burnout except the front brakes are semi-locked and they just do that, or are they just pushing the gas with no brake on and its doing that? thanks,

The idea is to just punch it and see how long you can smoke it up, no brakes. Although you do see some use a bit of brake pedal from time to time but that's against the rules
