Ha, I've seen people comparing them to the kinks, paul simon, and myself thought the one song sounded like the police, sounding like those three, but yet keeping an individualism about them (I thought).

Great song. This band just makes good pop music. Hype and backlash might be important to kids that follow trends, but this guy can write a good song and that should be all that matters. Look into the Kinks kids, ask your mom about them.
