Whats your pc specs? Maybe you have to little ram.

Try to turn off Vsync and antialaising.

and plus he needs to turn off the shadows

Thats true. Shadows can take away a lot of fps.

4aa? why not 8aa or 16aa? u have a GTX 295, i run with Ati 4890 HD, and i run 8aa?

I run it with 4aa because I don't see any difference when I turn it up to 8 or 16aa. Why get less performance by turning up AA when you don't see any difference.
