Psychedelic Mandelbrot set deep zoom to 190 trillion magnification factor

Same as the B&W version but with a short composition of mine made using Reason 4.0 and a spectrum colour palette spread periodically over 128 escape iterations. The palette was modulated such that each of the 8 colours was linearly ramped up and down (tent function) to give a distinct contrast between them. Finally the entire pallete was incremented through the escape iteration values (like a phase shift in a periodic function) to make the colours appear to flow into the inescapable pull of the attractor. For more details refer to the B&W video. The 24 bit colours expressed as ARGB are as follows:

Cols(7) = Color.FromArgb(255, 255, 0, 0) 'Red
Cols(6) = Color.FromArgb(255, 0, 255, 255) 'Cyan
Cols(5) = Color.FromArgb(255, 255, 255, 0) 'Yellow
Cols(4) = Color.FromArgb(255, 0, 0, 255) 'Blue
Cols(3) = Color.FromArgb(255, 255, 128, 0) 'Orange
Cols(2) = Color.FromArgb(255, 64, 0, 128) 'Indigo
Cols(1) = Color.FromArgb(255, 0, 255, 0) ' Green
Cols(0) = Color.FromArgb(255, 255, 0, 255) 'Magenta

Turn out the lights, make it full screen and escape to another world ;-]

Beautiful, and great soundtrack too, love the wheels in wheels at 55 seconds, 'til I saw this I never liked cycling palettes and full spectrum of bright colours, but this has changed my mind. Thanks for taking the trouble to show us how it can work. Much appreciated.
