  • @potato157 This bodyweight exercises can be a hard workout for somene new or simply a basic maintenance workout for a fit person. It's best that you rotate this workout routine with my other workouts in my channel. You'll get different exercises in different body areas on different days.

  • Is it possible to do this routine everyday,or should i do it everyother day?
