Here the attachment of the back yoke panel is shown, firstly to the lower back then to the left and right front pieces. The lower back is sandwiched between the outer and inner yokes, then pressed and top stitched. one yoke is then attached to the front shoulder seams with a smaller seam allowance and the other yoke is attached with the full seam allowance to encase the seams. This finish is common on many shirts where the seams are encased within the yoke giving a similar appearance on the outer and inner of the shirt.
