Conflict management is an essential skill required to survive in the highly competitive environment. Conflicts at workplace or home are inevitable. Conflict occurs when individuals or groups do not obtain what they need. Although seemingly inevitable, conflicts can be minimized or predicted if the early indicators are recognized.
Before attempting to resolve a conflict, it is however important to investigate the cause of the conflict. In most situations poor communication is cause of the conflict.
