thank you so much for your help. it makes perfect sense now. at 0:38 you go em7, f#m7 but then what is it? i don't think i've ever seen those chords before.

@Tannermortimer it goes - em7, f#m7, c#13 (just like the one before where you lift your third finger making it a normal dominant 7 chord, just don't lift the finger this time). I actually messed up a little there so do what you want with it. Also the rest of the chords in that section are simply fmaj7, gm7, c13, fmaj7, then em7, a13, and dmaj7 to walk it home

it starts DMaj7 Em7 Gm7 G#Maj7 and then I don't know what the next two chords are but then its a play on with the Em7 chord then the next chord is the same one that i don't know and then its back to the Em7 Gm7 then the song starts to repeat itself. so if i could just get the chords filled in that i can't figure out i could play the whole song. please help.

@Tannermortimer it actually goes, dmaj7, em7, f#m7, gmaj7, then walk back down - F#m7, em7, dmaj7... then Am7, d9, Gmaj7, then up to C13 and lift third finger back to barred 1st finger to make it a simple C7. let me know what else! Hope this helps.
